The new season for Denmark’s innovation clusters was launched in Aalborg on 25-26 August when Cluster Excellence Denmark, the national umbrella organization for cluster organizations, held the annual Innovation Camp titled ‘New Ways’.

The idea is to initiate an oncology network focusing on best practice, experience and current challenges for public-private collaboration and the commercialization of oncology related R&D in the Medicon Valley region. Prof. Nils Brünner, University of Copenhagen hosts the kick-off meeting.
With 18 projects, including 8 life science projects, Denmark is in top six of countries supported by Eurostars. Danish partners are: Bioadvice As, Pipeline Biotech A/s, University Hospital Of Hvidovre, Copenhagen. Department Of Orthopedics, Orphazyme Aps, Dansk Fundamental Metrologi A/s and Copenhagen Photonic Acoustic Corporation, Ovacure, Danish Technological Institute and Pentabase, Oncology Venture Aps.
